“I had the esteemed pleasure of working with Natacha at The Gathering Spot, where she led a dynamic team of creatives as the National Marketing Director. In a short span of time, she gained the respect of TGS leaders, staff and members - through her thoughtful and compassionate leadership. As the director of marketing, Natacha’s keen attention to detail and strong organizational skills have had a direct impact on growing the TGS brand and audience, resulting in an increase of bottom line and social media engagement. Just one of the large scale projects that she oversaw and spearheaded include The Connection - where we chartered 300 members from Atlanta to Los Angeles for a weekend of celebrating the opening of the 3rd TGS physical location. She and her team were responsible for all of the branding, comms and content, which kept members, stakeholders and partners in the know of the weekend activities and activations. She is a reliable and dependable team player who always reaches across to help and inspire those she works alongside.
