Natacha McLeod is a marketing leader skilled at bringing creative and marketing operations teams together to produce memorable campaigns, events and experiences. Throughout her 15+ year marketing and events career, she has planned and executed many best in class marketing and branding campaigns and experiences in the arts, entertainment, sport and culture industries.
In her most recent role, Natacha led national marketing and communications for The Gathering Spot, a private membership club focused on culture, community and collaboration. TGS has locations in Atlanta, Washington DC, and Los Angeles, and communities in Chicago, NYC, Detroit, Charlotte and Houston. Her strategic priorities included opening the second and third locations in Washington DC and Los Angeles, and functions including marketing campaigns, signature experiences, paid ad strategy, communications, public relations, creative, brand presence, and social media - each contributing to a significant multi $MM revenue surplus year over year during her tenure. Additionally, she led strategic projects to improve the company's process management and workflow.
Natacha received a Master’s Degree in Arts Administration from Savannah College of Art and Design – Atlanta in 2008, where she worked on graduate projects for the National Black Arts Festival (fundraising and special events), Georgia Institute of Technology’s Arts Education Program (grant writing) and Live Nation (marketing). Upon graduation, she worked in marketing at a Live Nation venue before moving to North Florida to lead marketing and community relations efforts for the St. Johns County Cultural Events Division including the St. Augustine Amphitheatre and Ponte Vedra Concert Hall. In addition to marketing performances, Natacha was responsible for identifying new revenue sources, so she created and managed a facility rental program, a premium seating program, and engaged the venues’ first sponsorships.
After a brief stint at the WTA (Women’s Tennis Association) focusing on business development and partnerships for the global pro tennis league, Natacha returned to the Atlanta Symphony Orchestra in March 2017, where she was previously the Marketing Manager for ASO Presents from 2014 to 2015. At the ASO, Natacha developed and implemented programs to build audiences and revenues, while elevating the image and visibility of the Orchestra. A passion for music and the arts, Natacha was responsible for brand marketing, media, partnerships and merchandising for the classical series as well as the presenting arm of the Orchestra, Atlanta Symphony Hall LIVE.
Hailing from Savannah, GA, Natacha received her bachelor of arts in journalism and public relations, with a minor in music management from Georgia State University. The youngest and only girl of 5 children, Natacha currently resides in the Riverside neighborhood of Atlanta and loves traveling, her twin nieces, mentoring teens and Atlanta professional sports teams.
